My personal journey has involved receiving many complementary therapies including acupuncture, reiki, homeopathy and psychotherapy. This has led to a deep appreciation for the holistic model of health, and a self-awareness of my own body and psychological processes.

Receiving craniosacral therapy as both a child and more recently as an adult, I have first-hand experience of its potential to transform, and I have found it to be very beneficial to my own health.

I completed my craniosacral therapy practitioner training with Resonance Trainings in Stroud, leading to a Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy. I am a registered member of the CSTA and insured by Holistic Insurance Services.

I also have a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology (The School of Health) and First Degree Reiki training (The Usui System of Natural Healing). I hold a first-class BA (Hons) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Sheffield.

I grew up on Dartmoor, and now live in Chudleigh. I have travelled all over the world, including South East Asia, India & New Zealand - but there’s nowhere I love as much as Devon!
